Content HQ Studios LLC provides content production, studio rental, video production, photography, podcast production, and other related creative and production services. Specific services, pricing, availability, deliverables, and booking requirements may vary and may be governed by additional agreements, invoices, booking confirmations, or written terms provided at the time of purchase.

Customers may be required to provide accurate contact, booking, and payment information when scheduling services. Pricing and payment requirements will be disclosed during the booking or purchasing process. Additional services, additional studio time, production requirements, damages, overtime, or other requested services may result in additional charges when applicable. Any cancellation, rescheduling, refund, deposit, or late-arrival policies communicated during booking or contained in a separate service agreement will also apply.

By separately opting in to receive SMS messages from Content HQ Studios LLC, you agree to receive text messages from Content HQ Studios at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include appointment confirmations, booking reminders, scheduling communications, customer service communications, service updates, follow-ups, and other communications related to your relationship with Content HQ Studios. If you separately consent to marketing messages, you may also receive promotional messages, special offers, studio updates, and other marketing communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Content HQ Studios LLC.

Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After sending STOP, you may receive a final SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.

For assistance, reply HELP to any SMS message or contact Content HQ Studios LLC using the contact information provided below. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and telecommunications providers. Your participation in our SMS program is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

SMS consent is voluntary. Providing your telephone number for purposes such as requesting information, booking services, or completing a transaction does not by itself constitute consent to receive promotional SMS marketing. Content HQ Studios LLC is not responsible for outages, delays, failures, or other issues caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

We strive to provide professional and reliable services, but we do not guarantee that our website or digital services will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Services are provided subject to availability and any specific terms agreed upon for a particular booking or project.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Content HQ Studios LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms periodically. Any updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
